Established in 1997, Acorn Services are Edinburgh's leading All Trade Building Maintenance & Building Restoration Contractors. We specialise in all trades within the building industry including Builders, Plumbers, Gas Fitters, Painters, Joiners, Electricians, Plasterers, Tiling and Roofing.

Acorn Services employ and control all workmen sent to properties. We have full traceability or labour, materials, date of works, from start to completion of all projects and have full documented control of workmen arriving and leaving the properties.

All Tradesmen employed by Acorn Services are highly skilled with a wealth of professional experience and knowledge carrying out all projects to the highest possible standards using the only the best materials for all work required to be carried out. Acorn Services are also committed to making health, safety and the environment our top priority.

All Acorn works are covered by a Contracts Manager overseeing contracts and signing off all works for Acorn Services. This is especially relevant when larger works like extensions or adapting bathrooms for level floor bathing or into a full wet room.

Acorn Services specialise in all insurance claims, fire, flood, storm for validation reports and property drying after water damage, complete refurbishment of property along with all restoration works required.

Our rates are very competitive and we turn up when we say we will. We will work to your requirements and provide high standards which provide you the customer with a first class service.

Full liability insurance is in place with contractors all risk cover. Our company health and safety policy is available on request. Estimates are given free of any charge and come complete with a photographic report where necessary.
