"We'd been visiting relatives in Wales when an electrical short circuit started a fire in our home. The damage caused was not just devastating to us, but it had totally gutted the kitchen and lounge area of our home. "'I'd been away on holiday for a fortnight and whilst I was away the water tank in my loft burst and flooded the entire house. Most of the damage was done to the upstairs bedrooms and hallway, which I'd only totally redecorated and furnished a few week previous.
The bedroom ceilings had totally collapsed and there was extensive water damage to the floorboards throughout my house. Overall the damage caused by this flood was extensive to say the least.

Acorn Services had originally told me the work would be completed in three weeks, however it was done in two weeks and the final price was under the initial estimate. All work was done to a very high standard and they certainly ticked all my boxes when it comes to what a professional outfit should be."
